Are you interested in a rewarding career in Project Management? Richdale Apartments has a Senior Construction Project Manager opportunity that requires relocation to Houston or Dallas, Texas or Omaha, Nebraska.

  • Manage large dollar construction projects from conception through certificate of occupancy; including obtaining final permits and certifications, and preparing and collecting final waivers.
  • Develop project plans; including identifying project scope, time frame and project schedule, and budget
  • Manage purchasing for projects by working with buyers and architects
  • Schedule bid letting.
  • Contract administration and control of change orders
  • Approve contractual payments to subcontractors
  • Travel to job sites for inspections and project status reports 3-4 days per week
  • Oversee entire construction project personnel.
  • Authority to evaluate, hire, and/or terminate the services of construction site employees and independent contractors
  • Set safety and progress standards
  • Assure project is built to plans
