    Responsibilities

    • Working with current residents via phone, written correspondence and in person to resolve maintenance problems and other disputes
    • Surveying current residents on their experience
    • Taking proactive measures to ensure resident retention

    This position will focus on dispute resolution and reconciliations. Hours are 9am - 6pm, three days a week, 10am - 7pm, 2 days a week and alternating Saturdays. 

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of customer service dispute resolution experience
    • Good communication skills
    • Requires multi-tasking abilities
    • Requires a great deal of diplomacy and confidentiality while providing exceptional customer service
