    • Centralized point of contact for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
    • Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, email while answering questions about application status and job opportunities
    • Manage the Recruiting team’s calendars
    • Open and manage all new positions in applicant tracking system
    • Maintain job board postings regularly managing applicant flow into ATS
    • Network with advertising agencies, colleges, radio stations and newspapers for career fairs and advertising opportunities
    • Coordinate on/off site interviews for recruiters and hiring managers, in person, phone or Skype
    • Complete reference checks and background screen requests
    • Generate weekly and monthly status reports for an Executive audience
    • On-board new employees and audit new hire paperwork for regulatory compliance


    • 2 years of administrative team support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Preference given to bilingual candidates - Spanish and English
    • Professional appearance
    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects
    • Demonstrate an acute attention to detail
    • Exhibit and understand confidentiality of information and EEO documentation
    • Proven experience with time management and follow through skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications
