  • Provide sale skills training to help direct the sales team in achieving their individual and team goals
  • Work closely with management to create and implement job aides and training materials
  • Evaluate sales performance results to assist in uncovering needs and propose training solutions to increase results
  • Create management training programs and host training events to identify, motivate, mentor and instill the company's goals to its associates and management candidates

This is NOT a compliance and procedures training position.  This position will base out of Omaha with travel to various locations working with our management and sales associates.  A minimum of 50% travel required.


Curriculum includes: soft qualitative sales skills in addition to company software related courses in an online university forum.


  • 2-5 years sales experience is required
  • Background in property management training is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of sales, retention, and up-selling techniques
  • Superior high-energy presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and detailed project management skills
