This position will oversee the entire recruiting process from sourcing candidates, application/resume screening, interviewing candidates, and providing recommendations on the most qualified candidates to management.  GREAT opportunity for growth!!!



Responsibilities and Duties include: Creating advertisements for open positions, Determining appropriate periodicals, newspapers and other recruitment sources, depending upon position, for purposes of placing advertisements, securing prospects, interviewing and screening applicants, consulting with managers and making recommendations for hiring, promoting company benefits to prospective employees, providing staffing reports, complying with state and federal regulations concerning employment, and appraising supervisors of their responsibility in the employment of others. Also assisting Affirmative Action Officer in the development and maintenance of, and adherence to, a written AA/EEO program.


Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of recruiting experience linked with creativity, problem solving and the tenacity to find the right people. Candidates must also have an excellent understanding of all employment laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask are a must. This position requires exceptional employee/customer relations skills, good phone etiquette, and a professional, positive image.
