We are currently hiring dedicated and motivated Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Dallas, Texas. We also have one relocation opportunity to our newest development in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our team and will be recognized and rewarded for your hard work.

A Bit About You

  • HVAC certified preferred - training opportunities available
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

 

A Bit About the Role

  • Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
  • Delivers various communications to residents as needed
  • Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
  • Must be able to work on-call

Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.  Be dependable/reliable and follow through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitching in to get the job completed.  Be attentive to detail and monitoring adherence to company standards. HVAC preferred. 3-5 yrs experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance. Must be available for rotating on-call hours.
