A Bit About You

  • Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
  • Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
  • Perform light maintenance
  • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors

 

A Bit About the Role

  • Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
  • Drywall repair 
  • Paint touch-up 
  • Door and lock changes 
  • Light plumbing and electrical
  • Other duties as assigned
