Responsibilities

  • Gather and examine payroll documents to ensure validity.
  • Assist with payroll processing.
  • Audit benefit balances.
  • Facilitate new hire paperwork and set-up.
  • Resolve payroll-related employee questions and issues.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties involving payroll, benefits, work comp and other duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate reports distribution.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executives.
  • Accounting Assistant to the Accounting Department as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent 1-2 years payroll, benefits or accounting experience.
  • Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits plans a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Strong sense of integrity.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Strong attention to detail.
