A Bit About the Role

  • Drive day-to-day leasing goals onsite
  • Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person
  • Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale
  • Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents

 

 

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/traits:

  • 3 years of consecutive relevant sales and customer service experience
  • Professional appearance and a winning personality 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude 
  • Eager to work competitively on a team
  • Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week
  • Naturally motivated to reach sales goals
