• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring that each one meets our high standards of excellence.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.
• Financial Management: Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.
• Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive relationships with residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct regular market analyses to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and leasing strategies.

• Minimum of 5 years of regional property management experience with a proven track record of success required.
• 5+ years of strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.
• 5+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Yardi Voyager, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• On Site: Not remote. We believe in people development and resident relations.
