We are seeking a dedicated and organized Corporate Office Mail Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing mail, playing a key part in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Mail Sorting and Distribution
    • Receive, sort and distribute mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals. 
  • Package Handling
    • Safely handle and log all incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Mailroom Organization
    • Maintain a clean and organized mailroom, ensuring that supplies such as envelopes, postage and packaging material are well-stocked.
  • Reception 
    • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Customer Service
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to mail and packages.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of phone experience preferred
  • Proven track record of long-term employment with previous positions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move packages of varying weight (up to 50lbs)
