Responsibilities

You will support our Vice President who oversees contract, all interior design, our Dallas market, construction and much more.  Duties would include making travel arrangements for all executives, phone coverage, typing correspondence, filing, data entry, negotiating with vendors and assist owner's personal secretaries in the day to day operation of the executive office, and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior administrative/paralegal (At least 1-2 years preferred)
  • Great attention to detail in typing and proofing written materials
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Strong phone voice and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Regency Office Park location
