Richdale Apartments is now hiring dedicated and motivated Carpenter for numerous Class A luxury communities. Richdale has a history dating back to 1918 and  was founded in Omaha, Nebraska. We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team and help us maintain, repair, and renovate our residential portfolio. A Bit About the Role

• Rebuild Cabinets

• Install, repair, and maintain structural and finish carpentry work, including doors, windows, trim, moldings, cabinetry, and shelving.

• Perform framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, and other carpentry tasks as needed.

• Hang Doors
• Repair Closet Shelving
• Hang Trim
• Repair Subfloors, etc.
• M-F 9 (hours are negotiable)

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, preferably in residential apartment or multi-family housing.

• Proven experience in framing, cabinetry, drywall installation, finish carpentry, and general carpentry repairs.

• Proficient with carpentry tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices.

• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations related to residential construction.

• Ability to work with a variety of materials (wood, MDF, plywood, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:  Must have their own tools, reliable transportation and 2 years experience in finish carpentry.
