Responsibilities

As Clerical Support Specialist, you must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall. You must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills.  You will provide administrative support; including a wide variety of duties comprising of answering phones, data entry, scanning, filing, faxing, record keeping and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of office / clerical / administrative experience
  • Strong computer (MS Office Suite) and business correspondence skills a must
  • A high school diploma required
  • Ability to work independently, take direction
