Richdale Apartments is now hiring skilled and motivated Carpenters to join our Maintenance and Renovation team for our Class A luxury communities. As a Carpenter with Richdale, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the quality and aesthetics of our properties. Your craftsmanship will be recognized and rewarded as part of a professional, supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior carpenters with basic construction, repairs, and installations.

  • Help install doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and other building components.

  • Perform basic framing, drywall, and flooring tasks with guidance.

  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field (entry-level or apprentice roles welcome).

  • Strong ability to consistently display a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn from skilled tradespeople.
