Richdale Apartments is now hiring skilled and motivated Handyman to join our Maintenance and Renovation team for our Class A luxury communities. As a Handyman with Richdale, you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the quality and aesthetics of our properties. Responsibilities

    • Provide general maintenance and carpentry support across four Minneapolis properties, including repairs and installations.

    • Handle interior work such as drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and fixture replacements (e.g., mirrors, countertops, cabinets).

    • Install and repair doors, windows, locks, blinds, and glass, as well as garage and closet doors.

    • Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools, ensuring a clean and organized work area.

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar apoyo general en mantenimiento y carpintería en cuatro propiedades ubicadas en Minneapolis, incluyendo reparaciones e instalaciones.
  • Realizar trabajos interiores como instalación de paneles de yeso (drywall), pintura, pisos, estructuras (framing) y reemplazo de accesorios (por ejemplo: espejos, encimeras, gabinetes).
  • Instalar y reparar puertas, ventanas, cerraduras, persianas y vidrios, así como puertas de garaje y de clóset.
  • Operar y mantener herramientas manuales y eléctricas de manera segura, asegurando un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 AM a 5:00 PM

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field (entry-level or apprentice roles welcome).

  • Strong ability to consistently display a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and contractors.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn from skilled tradespeople.

  • No third-party applications or staffing agencies will be accepted.
