Lead and manage the punch-out crew during the final phases of construction.
Conduct detailed inspections of units and common areas across multiple levels of the project.
Identify and document construction deficiencies or incomplete work.
Review work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors to address and resolve any issues.
Ensure corrective actions are completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the site superintendent, project manager, and quality control team.
Maintain clear documentation and progress updates.
Prioritize and coordinate punch list items across various trades.
Enforce safety and cleanliness standards on site.

5+ years of experience in residential or multi-family construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or punch-out role.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and architectural specifications.
Proven ability to identify defects and quality issues.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
