Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall. You must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills.  Provide administrative support; including a wide variety of duties comprising of answering phones, data entry, scanning, managing correspondence, management of daily calendar, scheduling on/off site meetings and other duties as assigned.   

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exercising discretion in the handling of confidential material, make decisions and problem-solve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college, preferred
