Our Resident Relations Specialist will focus on building positive relationships with current residents while regulating the compliance of lease agreements.

About The Role

  • Field inquiries from residents via phone, email, and written correspondence

  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns while ensuring compliance with lease terms

  • Coordinate with maintenance, leasing, and management teams to resolve resident issues efficiently

  • Accurately document resident interactions, complaints, and resolutions in property management systems

  • This position requires a high level of diplomacy and strict confidentiality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, or the ability to learn quickly

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly task-driven

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Note: This position is in-office (not remote)
