Complete light maintenance repairs, including basic electrical and plumbing work
Perform general grounds maintenance
Weeding, planting, and mulching
Trash and debris removal
Light snow removal and sweeping of entryways
Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep
Respond to maintenance work orders
Perform other duties as assigned
