Property Manager – Luxury Mid-Rise Community in Golden Valley

We are seeking a polished, service-driven Property Manager to oversee a newly built luxury mid-rise community in the Golden Valley area of Minneapolis.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines operational excellence with a hospitality mindset, delivering an elevated resident experience while driving financial performance, team development, and community success.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Leasing Professionals and Maintenance staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members

Resident Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and customer service
• Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Drive resident retention through proactive communication and relationship-building

Financial Performance

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Monitor occupancy, collections, and expense control
• Identify opportunities to improve NOI and operational efficiency

Market Strategy

• Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
• Partner with leadership to implement pricing and leasing strategies
• Maintain strong knowledge of the local luxury housing market

What Sets You Apart

• 8–10+ years of property management experience, preferably with Class A or luxury communities
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation abilities
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and elevate team performance
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and reporting
• Hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering best-in-class resident experiences
