Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do

 

Portfolio Leadership

  • Oversee operations across a portfolio of luxury apartment communities (urban and suburban)
  • Ensure consistency in service standards, asset performance, and brand presentation

Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams including Property Managers, Leasing Professionals, and Maintenance staff
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and resident-first service

Resident Experience

  • Set the standard for exceptional resident engagement and satisfaction
  • Handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication
  • Drive retention through proactive service and relationship-building

Financial Performance

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve NOI and control expenses

Market Strategy

  • Analyze market trends and competitor positioning
  • Partner with leadership to implement pricing and leasing strategies

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

What Sets You Apart

  • 8–10+ years of property management experience, preferably in Class A / luxury assets
  • Proven success leading multi-site operations or high-volume communities
  • Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and elevate team performance
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
  • Financial acumen with budgeting and reporting expertise
  • A hospitality-driven mindset with a passion for delivering best-in-class resident experiences
