What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals
  • Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
  • Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and prospects

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service preferred
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Professional appearance and confident, engaging personality
    • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a competitive mindset
    • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
    • Must be available to work weekends with weekday days off
    • Bilingual skills strongly preferred
