About the Role

• Perform final preparation and minor repairs on luxury apartments prior to move-in
• Complete drywall repairs and paint touch-ups as needed
• Replace or repair doors, locks, and hardware
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures)
• Assist with other maintenance duties and special projects as assigned

• At least 1 year of experience in basic maintenance, general labor, or a related field

• Ability to complete all tasks required to make an apartment rent-ready

• Strong attention to detail to ensure apartments meet presentation standards

• Capable of performing light maintenance tasks (e.g., minor repairs, touch-ups)

• Consistently demonstrates a positive and professional attitude

• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors
