We are seeking dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper / Make-Ready team members to support our Class A luxury apartment communities. This role is essential in maintaining curb appeal, preparing apartment homes, and ensuring our properties remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

  • Compensation:  $20.00/hour for Groundskeeper responsibilities; $22.00–$25.00/hour for candidates with Make-Ready experience, depending on qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and well maintained
  • Perform general groundskeeping and pool area upkeep
  • Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, weeding, and trimming
  • Remove trash and debris from the property
  • Support make-ready operations including trash-outs, unit cleaning, and apartment preparation
  • Complete light maintenance tasks such as touch-up painting, replacing light bulbs, pressure washing, and cleaning windows
  • Assist the maintenance team with additional property needs as assigned
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly environment

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of groundskeeping, make-ready, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform light maintenance and physical tasks throughout the day
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance field
