A Bit About the Role

  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner,  including, air conditioning HVAC,  electrical, plumbing and pool-related repairs. 
  • Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Identify hazardous conditions and address thenm immediately
  • Delivers communication and notices to residents as needed
  • Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
  • Assist with maintaining property standards during seasonal weather conditions
  • No third party management.

Qualifications

 

A Bit About You

  • HVAC certification preferred; boiler license a plus
  • Training opportunities available for motivated candidates
  • 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, vendors, contractors, and management
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
